About the Polar H10 Web Monitor

This is a free, backend-free web app that connects to a Polar H10 chest strap over Web Bluetooth and shows your live heart rate, RR intervals, heart rate variability (HRV: RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50, mean RR), a Poincaré plot, estimated calories and a real-time 130 Hz single-lead ECG waveform read from the Polar PMD service — directly in a Chromium browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave), with no phone app, install or account, and CSV export of the data.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see Polar H10 ECG in a browser?

Yes. This app reads the Polar H10's raw 130 Hz single-lead ECG over Web Bluetooth via the Polar PMD service and draws the live waveform in the browser — no phone app or SDK.

Does the Polar H10 work with Web Bluetooth?

Yes. The Polar H10 exposes the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service plus the Polar PMD service for ECG, both usable from Chromium browsers over Web Bluetooth on HTTPS.

What HRV metrics does it show?

RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50 and mean RR computed from the Polar H10 RR intervals, plus a live Poincaré plot, heart rate, min/max/average and an estimated calorie burn.

Do I need an app, install or account?

No. It runs entirely client-side with no backend, install or account — open the page and connect your Polar H10.
